Elegant 3-story townhome @ Vista Cay - Give everyone the space they need!

Everything was as described, place was clean and spacious, the host was responsive and even notified us we could check in early!

This is the second time we have stayed here and loved it! The check in process is so easy, driveway parking for your car and fabulous amenities on site. I do wish checkout was later though, i do understand next visitors coming though, we just wanted to stay longer!

Gets pretty hot upstairs and you’re discouraged from turning A/C lower! Everything else was great, exactly what we needed! Spacious and clean.

We had an amazing stay at this townhouse! The location couldn’t be better, right across the street from Epic Universe and just minutes from Universal Studios. The home was spotless, exactly as described, and had everything we needed for our family, including enough bathrooms for everyone (which was perfect with our older teens!).The host was extremely responsive, accommodating, and even left us a thoughtful gift we enjoyed during our park days. It truly felt like a home away from home. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. We would absolutely stay here again!

This is not our first stay at this property and it will not be our last!! When we come to Orlando, we check to see if this unit is available. This unit is beautifully equipped and the host is wonderful. Excellent communication from start to finish. Cannot say enough. Great location and super comfy digs for your time outside of the parks.

Great place, and the location was walkable to the convention center. Easy uber to all Universal Studios locations.

This rental was better than most given the cleanliness, communication, and extra touches in the condo. Highly recommend this unit, this owner.

We could not have had a better, easier experience with our super busy mega-con weekend. The drive to the convention center was super short, we even walked a few days. Have a full functional house with pool and full kitchen was a game changer for me with our kids. Lovely messages sent and very easy for check in and check out!

This place was perfect for us 8 adults stayed very comfortable! Got there late on a friday night and no trouble getting in after a 12 hour drive! only there for 3 night before we left on a cruise! Very easy acess to sea world only bout 5 min drive!

The condo was as advertised and spacious for all of us.

The home is in great shape and very clean! Three bedrooms with their own bathrooms was a huge bonus for us with several parents staying with teens that needed to get ready for a cheer competition at the same time! We reached out with several questions prior yo arrival and the property manager was very kind and super helpful! Will absolutely being staying here again on our next trip!!!

This was a great place to stay. Location was close to the convention center for us. I Drive has everything needed and is close by. Would recommend this place to anyone headed to Orlando

This was our second stay at this townhome. We loved every second of both stays. Great layout with all the amenities you need plus some goodies to get you started. Location is ideal. Close enough to all the parks, the airport and the highways to get to both Clearwater and St Augustine. Highly recommend!!

There were four women staying in this beautiful place. Lots of privacy. Enough bathrooms for all of us. I highly recommend this home!!

Great spot for work teams to stay in Orlando. En suite bathrooms for each bedroom was a huge help giving all our team members privacy. Honestly the best bath towel set up I've had in a STR, more than enough in each room and they are good quality.

Townhouse was fantastic. Location is perfect for almost anywhere in Orlando. The kids loved the Wii. Being able to have some personal space when needed was fantastic.

The property was terrific and provided all of our needs while there. We did experience the upstairs being really warm and that was very uncomfortable. The 2nd and 1st floors were just fine.

Townhouse was clean, had excellent amenities, easy access to main pool. Each family had their own space, it was that large!

Unit furnished nicely and layout was spacious. The living room tv had to be unplugged and replugged each time to get it to turn on. Mattresses weren’t very comfortable. Also no outside furniture on the patio was a big disappointment . We did enjoy our vacation in Florida and the size of the townhouse was adequate . Unfortunately construction going on across street so was very noisy during the day.

We were attending a conference at the OCCC. The location was fabulous. The condo was clean and perfect for us. Each person had their private bedroom & bathroom. Totally ideal.

Out group had a fantastic time. The house was immaculate. We were greeted with a welcome basket, which was such a sweet touch. The place was great and the starter supplies lasted us for our entire stay. Community was also really nice and the pool (and pool bar) were a good time. The location was ideal as we spent time at both Disney and Universal. The shopping center, which was within walking distance, was another bonus. Our group was 100% happy with every aspect. Highly recommend. Hope to stay here again soon!!

Location wise it was good that it was so closeto the Convention Center, that made life a lot easier. I enjoyed having the amenities there like a kitchen, that help cut my overall cost down by not having to eat out every single meal. Overall, if I have to go back to Orlando for the volleyball tournament, I would definitely stay again. At first I was worried about the cost, but after being there I think it was worth it.

Loved it!! The 3 story layout ideal for hosting an impromptu business meeting, my husband and I had some friends join us and they had their own room with private bathroom. Fantastic! Clean. Inviting atmosphere. Will definitely look this place up if we are ever back in Orlando!

We had 6 adults. So much room. A beautiful,clean fully stocked house. I highly recommend this place to stay. So clean didn’t need to run out and get things for the house. Plenty of towels. They even had a cute welcome basket! Will rent from them again.

Very nice, clean, comfy, spacious condo. Was perfect for our 3 families. Several "extra touches" that were appreciated. Nice, safe, convenient, and noncongested area of Orlando. No stopping somewhere else to get a key. Just arrive and use your code.

We are avid travelers. We travel all over the USA and we go to Orlando at least 4-6 times a year since we have Universal Annual Passes as well as Disney Annual Passes. We have even stayed at Vista Cay numerous times before. However, this is the first time we stayed at an ITZ Property. We were VERY impressed! The property was pristine clean, only minutes away from Universal Studios and had all the comforts of home with the conveniences of a luxury hotel! When we checked in, we were greeted with a personalized welcome basket with goodies and wine. In addition, there were bottled water and juices for the kids in the fridge waiting for us. The owners/management company were also not stingy about the soaps/paper supplies since we had plenty of everything including extra trash bags, soaps, lotions and dish-washing detergent. We will definitely stay here again soon. Thank you!

The property was outstanding. It was clean and neat, the beds were outstanding, the property has everything you could ask for in a vacation rental. When we return to the Orlando area I will attempt to book this townhouse as far ahead of time as possible.

My family really enjoyed their stay at vista cay. We were impressed by the amenities provided and not to mention the cleanliness of the apartment. The staff members were very helpful as well. I read the reviews of this townhouse and that I why I chose it. I was taking my Mom, Sister and 4 kids ranging in age from 7-16. When we arrived the first thing we noticed is how pristine everything was. We have stayed in many properties all over the Caribbean and we have never had such a good first impression. It was equipped with absolutely everything from toilet paper, paper towels, windex, sponges, etc. . . as well a a welcome basket in case we were hungry when we arrived - there were even rain coats in case you forgot yours! The laundry room was so great also.

Each bedroom had a bathroom attached, also super clean. . . and tons of towels for use in the house and at the beautiful pool. If there was anything we needed during our stay, we could call and it was fixed immediately.

The townhouse was in great condition. The pictures on the website were accurate. The townhouse was well equipped with towels, toiletries, cleaning supplies even water toys for the onsite pool. The washer/dryer in the garage was a big plus for after a day at the pool. The welcome basket was a great touch.

The three story townhome gave everyone enough room to spread out and enjoy quiet time as needed and then come together for family time. When traveling to Orlando again, this will be my first choice for my home away from home.

I have rented a lot of vacation homes and this townhome is wonderful. I very nice touch when you are greeted with a nice gift basket at the door. The house is very nice and clean. The use of the clubhouse and the pool was very nice. I would definitely rent this house again and others under this rental company.

Our family stayed during the Christmas holidays while visiting Universal. The place was perfect in every way. It was so convenient to everything; Universal, both outlets, restaurants,churches. There was a Publix, Walgreens, Dunkin Donuts and a great pizzeria nearby. While we did not use any of the amenities such as the pool or fitness center we did check them out and they looked good. There is even a gift shop with fairly priced items, such as beach towels, toiletries. The townhouse itself was great. When we arrived, there was a gift basket waiting for us and the place was equipped with a lot more essentials than we normally find in a Florida rental. Everything from movies and video games to laundry and dish detergent. And the place was exceptionally clean. Most surprising of all, the day after we left I got an email thanking us for keeping it clean and refunding our deposit. We are looking forward to staying here again or any other ITZ property.

Photos are 100% accurate for this condo. Nicely furnished and very clean. Little touches were appreciated; labeling of all light / fan switches, welcome gift basket with snacks, enough garbage bags, toilet paper, and napkins for entire stay. A definite recommendation!

To say that this townhome exceeded our expectations would be an understatement. Very nicely furnished and very clean. The little touches such as a generous supply of paper towels, liquid hand soap, and other items were very much appreciated. The welcome gift basket with goodies was a complete surprise and thoroughly enjoyed - thank you. This home was only 2 miles down the road from our main destination - Universal Studios making it super convenient. 5 stars are deserved here.

We spent a week at this 3 bedroom condo - it was absolutely wonderful! We had our 3 teens with us and they did not want to leave. It had so much space that we had friends over for dinner one night and they commented on how nice this condo was compared to the one they had rented just a few streets away. The staff at ITZ Vacation Properties was also great to work.

The home was beautiful and had plenty of space . Everything we needed for a short stay was in the unit and everything worked well. Beds were firm but comfortable and having a full kitchen was great! I would definitely recommend for a family vacation.

Family had a great time at our visit. Everything we need was there we needed for a great vacation, the welcome basket was a nice surprise. Stroller was really handy. Condo is convenient to area attractions. Convention Center about 5 minutes away. Easy 15 minute drive to Disney or Downtown Orlando. Kids really enjoyed pool and game room. Will stay again when visiting Orlando.

This was a wonderful place to stay in Orlando only 20 minutes away from everything; Disney, airport, and downtown. The unit was clean with everything needed for a week long stay. The manager, office staff and housekeeper were extremely nice and very accommodating. I will differently stay here again if in Orlando or one of their other locations

My family enjoyed a wonderful week at this spacious townhome. I am very picky and do tons of research before committing to vacation rentals, and I can say that the photos are 100% accurate for this property. We had all the comforts of home. Our youngest son was able to bring his video games for the gaming station and the teenagers had their own space to relax. Everyone was pleased. You will not be disappointed. The extra nice touch with the welcome basket was greatly appreciated. I will book any future travels with ITZ properties without hesitation

We spent 4 nights here when we came down for Halloween Horror Nights at Universal and we had absolutely no complaints. Our party included my, my 16 year old son, my 24 year old son, and their father and his new wife. We had plenty of room, the unit was extremely clean and worked very well. Located right on Universal Blvd all we had to do to get to the park was follow it on up. Will definitely stay again!

I have been blessed with awesome service from ITZ Vacation Properties the last 4 years we have stayed with them. This unit is extremely up to the standards of the other ITZ sites; the unit was clean, there is board games, movies, and books, bath towels as well as Beach towels. Kitchen is complete with dishes and cooking items. I don't have to pack for full stay, there is washer and dryer in the unit. Decorations in the unit give you the sense you are at home or staying with family.

I have never been disappointed with any rental from ITZ Vacation Properties!!

We have stayed here a few times; the location is great for the convention center, Universal and Disney. A nice place to stay with kids and it's close to conveniences like the grocery store. This time we were able to enjoy the pool. A fun trip.

Great location, next door to the Orange County Convention Center, really close to Universal Studios and International Drive and not far from Disney. The townhouse is very nice, well equipped and looks just like the photos. ITZ management was great making sure we had all the information we needs for the unit and the welcome basket was an especially nice touch. There is some road noise from Universal Blvd. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Great stay at the Tideview property. Second time we've stayed there, both for business at the Orange County Convention Center which is a stone's throw away. The place is clean, nice, and accommodates as many as we need to bring. Easy to get to, with the grocery store nearby, this is a very convenient and nice place to stay.
