The unit was exceptionally clean. There were basic kitchen items although a few more forks would have been more convenient. The bathroom towels looked brand new. The location is perfect to walk back and forth to OCCC to save money on parking. Communication with the host was easy and quick. Check in and check out were also very easy. Would definitely stay in this unit again and recommend it to others.

This vrbo was fantastic! We have stayed in a lot of vrbos and this is one of the best! The welcome basket was an awesome surprise! It was very stocked! We didn’t bring a stroller and they had one there! They had lots of toys and board games that my kids loved at night! I would definitely stay again and plan on it next year!

Perfect location for universal studios. Next closest is Seaworld then Disney. Check in was very easy, it was equipped with the basic essentials, enough room for a family of 5.

The gift basket of wine and snacks was very welcoming and the condo was very clean and easy to relax in!

Great host! We were in town for a conference; Pedro was very flexible about having us come a day early to beat a snowstorm in the northeast. We have always done hotels for conferences but this was much more comfortable for me and my guys. Place was perfect clean would highly recommend.

Hello, I stayed here for EDC Orlando even though I live in the area, so all my friends could stay together and it was such a nice place. Everything was clean and they had everything you could need. The beds were so comfy and it was the best to come back to after a day of raving. I highly recommend staying here!

Property was awesome. Great location for the Convention center which is what we were attending, but close to Universal too! Check-in and checkout were easy peasy! Host was communicative and helpful before, during and after our stay.Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the condo. It had everything we needed and lots of space to spread out. The pool was great and it's close to all the amusement parks. We will stay there again the next time we are in town.

This condo was perfect for our Orlando trip. It’s was stocked with plenty of trash bags, paper towels and detergent for the washer and dishwasher. All of the beds were very comfortable. It’s conveniently located very close to a Publix. I was also able to get a next day air delivery sent to the club house and print off a few things as well. We will define stay here again.

Our stay was fantastic. This is our fourth? Stay at this particular unit. The host is fantastic no issues or problems. Very professional. Had one issue one afternoon with the AC and was fixed immediately! Wonderful welcome basket. And an extra stock of supplies. Was lovely to have a nice cold water and soda in the refrigerator upon arrival as well..

The condo was great! Very clean, exactly like the pictures. We have stayed at Vista Cay many times, and this was the 1st condo that provided several dish washer and laundry pods, and enough toilet paper for the week!!

This was the perfect place to stay for our Orlando vacation. It was convenient to Disney, Universal, and the airport. We loved having a ton of space to spread out and relax after busy days at the park. The owner provided a nice little food basket and some drinks in the fridge which was an extra unexpected touch. Would definitely stay here again.

This was my second time staying at This property. It was just as amazing as the first time. All the amenities you will need, just bring some food and enjoy!

Cleanliness is a priority for us. Definitely no disappointment there. Management is doing a wonderful job. They were so generous and accommodating to a special need that I had for our trip. We definitely will be back next year.

This condo in the Vista Cay community was a great find! We were looking for something bigger than a hotel room for our stay that was close to Universal. This was a perfect location at just 10 minutes down the street from Universal. The condo was amazing, very spacious, nicely furnished & decorated. Also enjoyed the large outside balcony. Enjoyed the Vista Cay community, large pool, hot tub, gym and walking path along the small lake. The welcome basket was such a nice touch & the condo had all the supplies needed for our short stay. Also having Publix so close by was convenient. Will definitely stay here again the next time we come to Orlando.

Plenty of room to gather as family and spacious enough to have so privacy as well. All the comforts of home. Property manager was helpful trying to locate a misplaced item.

The renting process was super easy. Contact with the management was full of detailed instructions and information that helped us plan out stay.

The property was really lovely and so well equipped but difficult for folks with disabilities. The commodes are low with no grab bars. The shower, also, has no grab bars. The beds are very high off the ground. For those of us who did not need ADA accommodations, this was a beautiful place & we loved it. For my sisters it was more challenging. I would highly recommend to anyone who does not need those specific things. Welcome basket was beautiful! Array of DVDs, washer & dryer, beds were comfortable. Communications were good. Beautiful property.

Property was in great shape and just as the pictures depicted. Property managers were very responsive when needed, and little hospitable touches ( drinks in fridge and snack basket, plus starter set of dish soap, laundry soap, dishwasher tabs, trash bags, papertowels, and tp ) were very much appreciated. We come to town often for trade shows and usually stay at JW MArriott Grande Lakes .... but think that is going to change after staying here. Definitely a new favorite for us!

We had a great stay at Vista Cay!

We had 4 adults stay in the home for 3 nights and it worked out perfectly. Clean. Loved the tall ceilings, large rooms sizes and open concept.

We enjoyed the rental….very spacious and the welcome basket and drinks in the fridge was thoughtful. All was great except for the parking and some flat pillows.

We just got back home today. The unit is outstanding. I cannot say anything negative about it at all. We were able to see the pool and work out areas although we didn't use them because we were so busy at a park, the beach or shopping. The area is about 1/2 mile from Top Golf and the Andretti kart and gaming experience on Universal Blvd. International Dr is minutes away. We are already planning to go back in November.

We had a wonderful week. This is a great central location for getting around Orlando, and the propriety was a great place to stay.

The condo was amazing, but the pool is very small and there was no tennis courts and the basketball court was full most of the time.

My family and I stayed here during this past spring break and we had an amazing time. The place was so clean and quiet. The amenities were awesome . My favorite part was the hospitality. I’m very happy with my stay here. We will be back for sure.

My wife and I came to support our daughter and granddaughter in our granddaughter's volleyball tournament at the Convention Center. The Convention Center was within a short walk. Another mother and daughter (volleyball teammate), joined us to fill up the condo. The stay at the condo was absolutely wonderful. The welcome mat at the entrance of the condo made us feel welcomed. The kitchen was well used. The master bathroom was amazing. Thank you!

Wonderful home like location. Beautiful kitchen, two places for sitting and relaxing. So many extras: books, video games, board games, pool toys..... kitchen was nicely prepared. Everything was just perfect.

This is a very nice property and the online listing is accurate. Very convenient layout for our group of 5. Well-equipped kitchen and we enjoyed a few homemade meals during our stay. The apartment has nice furnitures with different functional areas. Our kids liked the Wii games, watched YouTube TV on the living room TV. The beds are comfortable. We ran into an issue with the WiFi and management took care of it quickly while we were enjoying the parks. The complex pool area was a short walk away from the apartment and was nice though it could get very busy and there are many kids. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate recommending it to our friends.

We had a great stay at Vista Cay. The condo had everything we’d need and the pool and clubhouse we a lot of fun. Ten minutes to Unviersal but we loved the condo so much, we looked forward to coming back! Would highly recommend to anyone.

My family stayed in this unit for 6 days and it was wonderful!! From the welcome basket to all the extras, our stay was great! The pictures do not do this unit justice. The master bathroom was huge and all the sleeping arrangements were plenty for our family of 6.

My husband and I had a fantastic Orlando vacation with our daughter, son-in-law and 2 grandsons! This property was very spacious for our group of 6. Very well kept and plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was spacious for our stay-in meals. There were lots of bath and pool towels, pool toys, games for the kids and lots of books. (We were too on the go for reading!) The weather was warm and sunny and we spent plenty of time in Vista Cay's beautiful pool. We would highly recommend this property and would choose it again on our next trip to Orlando.

My family and I stayed at this condo over the Christmas holidays...it was extremely nice from the convenient location, which is close to Universal Studios, to the "Welcome Basket" with special goodies in it, to the bath salts for the large tub in the master BR, to the spaciousness of the condo, to the pool and clubhouse, to the other guests staying at Vista Cay Resort. Everything was VERY CLEAN everywhere, in or outside the condo, which was important to us.

We had the pleasure of staying in this lovely condo for our March Break holiday. We were impressed with the nice decor of the condo and how clean it was. We had plenty of room for our family of four, which included a 2 year old and 5 year old. Having a separate room with a full size crib for our 2 year old was very appreciated and my 5 year loved his queen size bed 🙂 The staff at ITZ Properties are wonderful to deal with and will respond to your questions promptly. We had no issues during our stay. The location is ideal with less than a ten minute drive to Universal Studios, Aquatica water park and the mall. There were two shopping outlets that were also close by. The plaza next to Vista Cay has a grocery store and pizza restaurant. There is also a Walgreens close by. We will definitely return again for another holiday.

We arrived at the condo after a long delayed day of travel with a 1 year old... and this place was a sigh of relief! The condo was easy to find. We also loved that there was no checking in. (It was nice to not sit waiting at a desk after a long day! ) The condo was as pictured if not better. It was very clean and we had everything we could possibly need for our stay... Along with a little gift basket and some drinks in the fridge which were a nice touch. The management company was so easy to work with. Very professional, attentive and responsive. There was more than enough room and it was very comfortable. I would highly recommend this place. We travel to Florida 5 or 6 times a year and have stayed many places and this by far is our favorite. We will be back!

We just returned from our stay at this vacation home and it was wonderful! The condo was gorgeous and was everything I expected from viewing the photos. It was very clean and well kept, I didn't feel I needed to do any extra cleaning before I could feel comfortable. The resort was very easy to find as far as the directions were concerned and the location was perfect, right in the middle of everything...restaurants, theme parks, and stores. There was one minor issue during our stay and after notifying the owner and on-call personnel via message, I thought it was very courteous and polite of the owner to call back and address the issue. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this property to family and friends.

First let me say that this condo was absolutely perfect! It was very nicely appointed with every amenity to make our week in Orlando as convenient and relaxing as possible. We were so very happy with our decision.

Our family came to Vista Cay along with several other families, each of which reserved a condo in Vista Cay through different rental companies. Our condo was easily the nicest out of those reserved by the other families in our group and the reservation process as well as communications with Itz Properties were simple and flawless.

We highly recommend this unit and plan to stay here for any future trip we make Orlando.

I have a small company exhibiting at Orlando's convention center. Rather than ponying up for multiple mediocre hotel rooms, I found this place at a fraction of the price. It slept 5 easy, and felt much more high end with the nice decor. With a grocery store around the corner, pool and clubhouse on site, we had everything we needed to unwind after each night of the trade show without being corralled through the typical chain restaurants and entertainment venues typical of trade show areas. We even hosted clients for a nice dinner in the condo and poolside foosball and drinks afterward. We will be here again for sure.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. This was our second year of staying at Vista Cay and we loved it. It is a perfect location and so convenient to Universal Studios. We stayed in a beautiful condo last year, but we all agreed we liked this one even better. The decor is beautiful and it just felt warm and homey. Our grandsons loved the game room! We played Wii for hours and hours (even though they have one at home...it's different on vacation). The condo easily accommodated our three generations -- four adults and two children. We loved having enough room to dine together at the table.

The rental process was easy and efficient. I really appreciated not having to check in upon arrival. We just went straight to the condo and then to the pool. You can't waste a single minute of a perfect vacation! The gift basket was a perfect and welcoming touch. The special touches made a big difference in the overall experience.

We've created some special memories on our Orlando vacations. I am pretty picky about where I stay and I certainly recommend this condo. You won't be disappointed.

I stayed 8 days with my son, his wife, and two grandkids. We came to Central Florida for a week-long vacation from out of town. Our stay at Vista Cay in this condo was perfect in every way.

The advertising information on line was complete and accurate and up to date. The agent was fast and responsive in answering questions and helping us book the condo. The location was super-convenient for our visits to Universal Studios and the Kennedy Space Center and a day-long vist to relatives in Clearwater.

The condo itself was clean and well-maintained--absolutely no problems at all. The accommodations were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with all we needed to prepare our meals. The living area was comfortable and stocked with games and books and reliable TV and internet connections. The pool and clubhouse area was convenient, clean and easy to access.

We were within a couple of miles of all the restaurants and stores and attractions we could want. Kennedy Space Center was a highlight because my son and I are fanatics about the US space program. Don;t miss it. The grandkids loved Universal.

When we had a medical emergency, we had quick access the nearby ER at the Dr P Phillips Hospital, which was excellent in every way. When we had to ask for an extension of two more nights in the condo, the agent was quickly responsive and concerned and followed up well.

This was a wonderful first-time experience for me in renting a condo for a week, and my son and his family were absolutely delighted with our stay. I have already told relatives. My sister is an experienced world-wide traveler and she was mighty impressed with the price for the value.

I can strongly recommend this property. It was perfect for us in every way!
