A place everyone will enjoy - Make staying together the highlight of the stay!

I was in town for business and my mother and daughter tagged along for a mini vacation. The condo was amazing and had everything we needed. It truly felt like home away from home and made our stay much more enjoyable. The property manager was very communicative which I wholeheartedly appreciated. We will definitely be staying in this unit again when I return to Orlando!

Perfect location for any Universal Park. Easy commute to and from. Topgolf is less than 10 minutes away also. Grocery store right next door and shopping nearby. We really enjoyed the pool…nice treat. The condo was clean and well maintained. We will definitely stay here again…if available!

My stay was short and amazing, wish we could have stayed longer. We didn’t get to enjoy the amenities due to the duration of the trip, however we will be returning soon. The house was clean and welcoming!

Stayed for 6 nights and it was excellent. The little extras that the property owners gave were appreciated and helpful. Quiet and comfortable condo. Will stay again.

We have stayed within the Vista Cay area several times before and have found it to be convenient to everything Orlando. Other than the road construction to the new Universal park, everything was great during our stay. The renovated pool was fantastic and easy to get to while the main pool was undergoing its facelift. Can't wait to go back in the future!

Very nice, spacious place with an extremely comfortable bed (I only stayed in the master, but I assume the other beds are similar). The host was nice enough to leave a gift basket with snacks and a bottle of wine, which was very thoughtful. I would absolutely stay here again, but I might consider trying to negotiate a later check-out.

Great location, very clean, and very quiet. Well stocked kitchen and a nice covered balcony. Excellent instructions and directions for getting into and out of the property.

The condo had everything we needed and was in a great location for the convention center.

This condo was within a short walking distance of a Publix, a great little diner and the pool across the road. The unit was clean and accommodating. We really enjoyed our short stay!

This condo was the perfect location for where my event was being held but also the perfect location to the theme parks, and dining. It was clean, well kept, and very spacious. We will definitely be back!! Thank you!

For me, a comfy bed is what makes a stay so great. All the beds were very comfortable and the property was very nice. This was my second stay at vista cay in general and I will be returning again.

The place was stunning and had everything we needed. There was a Publix we could walk to and plenty of restaurants nearby. Universal was 10 minutes away

Beautiful condo! Have stayed at VC every year while attending daughter's dance nationals and normally stay in the townhomes. First time staying in a condo, with three teenagers, hubby and myself. When I tell you spacious?! We never felt cramped. High ceilings, formal eating area, breakfast bar, washer/dryer in unit, lovely balcony we enjoyed all the time. Was on 3rd floor, and unfortunately upstairs had small.kids running arouns and you could hear it a lot. Bur we took it with a grain of salt, our kids were small once. Greeted with a welcome basket, really thoughtful. Quick responses and even allowed later check out, but ask in advance! Access to pool, and clubhouse, plaza across the street with Publix, fantastic pizza at NYPD Pizza other eats, a liquor store and a nail salon. Close distance to Disney parks, Universal, Top Golf and many other attractions. Thank you for the lovely space! Would highly recommend!

Great property. We were in town for volleyball tournament and arrived to find a welcome basket, plenty of Toilet paper, dish soap, laundry needs and everything to get the trip started without having to run to grocery. Plenty of towels and Pool towels as well.

What a great place! Clean, very well equipped, excellent location and the communication was fantastic! One of the best stays hands down and I’ve traveled a ton. Comfortable beds and great water pressure! Will come back

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay. The place was exactly as pictured. Clean and quiet! Perfect set up as she had one side of the condo and I had the other. I had some questions upon my arrival and the host was great! Thank you.

This was exactly what we needed and more. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We have stayed at Vista Cay before for work trips but this was our first non work stay here. It was just about perfect. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The kitchen stocked with utensils and some starter supplies. There is a Publix supermarket nearby and several places will deliver here although we didn’t need any.

Our stay was extremely comfortable. The property managers have gone to a lot of trouble to make sure that the property has everything guests could need. It was quiet at night.

This condo is roomy and beautifully decorated. They have everything you need and it was also very clean. This is great for adults and/or families. Located in a nice community with a Publix across the street as well as other stores and restaurants. We were greeted with a gift basket upon arrival which was a nice touch. Great stay and we would definitely stay again.

Space was as expected but they had little things others don't. A welcome basket with snacks and pop in the frig to have. Very nice touches on top of an excellent space. Very close to OCCC. Plan to return.

Our recent family vacation was made exceptional by this conveniently located and spacious condo!! Its proximity to Universal Studios eliminates long, complicated traffic, and the convenience of a nearby gas station, several restaurants, and Publix grocery store made our stay worry-free. We would love to stay here again when visiting Orlando!!

Unfortunately this was a short stay for us. However, we will look to stay at this property the next time we’re in Orlando

We stayed here with our family of 5. It was perfect location for visiting Universal and close to airport as well. They even had pack n play for our baby. Will stay here again if we visit Orlando again!

In town for a convention. Was easy to get in and out. The place was very well decorated abd had lists of thoughtful extras. Would definitely recommend

Excellent customer service! Excellent communication! Excellent attention to detail! We got check-in information in a timely manner without having to call and ask. The welcome basket with snacks and a few soft drinks, water bottles and juice pouches in the fridge were a nice touch. Very convenient location. Publix, Chick-fil-A and Walgreens (all of which we visited) were right around the corner or across the street. We were able to jump on I4 quickly to get to Disney and Universal parks were close by. ITZ provided starter of dishwasher pods, laundry pods and dryer sheets as well as toiletries in the bathrooms. They also provided a good hair dryer and hair products. Showers had good water pressure. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for cooking breakfast every morning. We would definitely book through ITZ again. They will be at the top of our list.

We couldn't have been happier with our stay. The condo is much larger than it looks in the pictures and was bigger than every other place we have stayed in Orlando. Place was very clean, well stocked even including a handful of drinks in the fridge. Instructions for wifi, tv and other amenities where readily available and easy to follow. We will definitely stay here on our next Orlando trip.

As soon as we checked in, I had a couple of questions, so I called the number listed only to realize it was a few minutes after closing. Expecting not to get a call back until morning, I was surprised when my call was returned within minutes to a very helpful voice. The property at vista cay seemed bigger compared to the pictures. Next time in Orlando, we will stay at the same place if available. Our stay was phenomenal! Thanks for a great week!

This property was perfect for our stay. It was clean and spacious. We had an event at the Orange County Convention Center and it was close with convenience to the grocery store and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you

Property was spacious, had everything one needs including picnic supplies, high chair, beach towels. Unit and property were clean and well maintained.

This was one of the top experiences we’ve had through VRBO. From beginning to end, the owners had thought of everything. From providing beach/pool towels and toys to board games and restaurant recommendations, we truly felt like guests at a resort, not just a family using someone else’s home. Communication was fast and easy leading up to our trip and there were no hiccups during our stay. The property was clean and well maintained throughout. We were in town for a volleyball tournament and needed a bigger space than a hotel. The location is convenient to the convention center and all of the attractions in Orlando. We will be staying again.

Overall our experience was very good. A few things though: Second bathroom tub did not drain well, Ironing board was broken, and the closets definite;y needed more hangers. I think we had roughly 20 for all three bedrooms. We bought another set and left them.

It's clean and nice. Great space to hang after a long day working a trade show.

We were in Orlando for AAU Volleyball Nationals. The property was spacious, very comfortable and clean. It is about 5 minutes to the convention center and very close to Icon Park and Universal. The pool was great, and so was the on-site service. The property was very nicely decorated and centrally located to both pools and clubhouses. Walking distance to Publix and other restaurants. ITZ left a thoughtful gift basket on the counter for our arrival. I would definitely return to this property. My wife and I stayed with my two daughters, my son and his friend.

The property & community were everything we needed. We found lots to do just minutes away.

We were super happy with the location of the condo in relation to all the parks we planned to visit. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for a week’s stay. Grocery store and restaurants were very close. Pool and hot tub were great! Communication with the management company, ITZ Vacation Properties, was smooth and were very helpful if we were to have needed anything.

This three-bedroom, two-bath condo on the third floor is more spacious than you can imagine and just beautiful. The rental agency was wonderful to work with and immediately moved us from our first-floor unit when there was a noise issue right above us during our first night there. The complex is quiet and mostly residential, with two nice pools with bar areas and a shopping center in easy walking distance for groceries or dinner out. We will most definitely return.

This condo is extremely clean, well furnished, nice linens, stocked kitchen and SPACIOUS. The pool and grounds are fantastic. Our family stays in Orlando often and this condo exceeded our expectations: goody bag, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry and dish soap and soap and shampoo!!!!! We will be back.

Let me start out by saying ITZ Vacation properties was amazing. We had all the information we needed including directions and maps of the property beforehand.

The condo was fabulous. It was spacious , clean and had everything we needed for the week. We also were greeted with a wonderful welcome basket of goodies!! The complex was gated and quiet which was nice. The gym was closed for renovations but I was able to run on the beautiful trail around the lake.

I would definitely stay here again and recommend to everyone.

Overall experience could not be bettered. First class communication and a beautiful spacious apartment in an upscale development. Would recommend ITZ without hesitation. If you are in town for the Convention Center, this location is ideal.

We had a wonderful stay in this unit - it was clean, decorated beautifully and had all the amenities of home. We will never stay at a tradition hotel in Orlando again! The grounds, pool and fitness center plus the full kitchen and in-unit laundry facilities made this vacation a breeze! I highly recommend this Vista Cay Condo. Thank you!!

Fantastic week in a great location. We stayed a week in Orlando and stayed in this fabulous condo. The apartment was clean, lots of room to move around (which we appreciated having 4 kids) and the huge beds were very comfortable. The furnishings are very high quality, kitchen fully loaded and we appreciated the extra towels and the welcome pack very much. Vista Cay itself is a fantastic location, it was great to unwind in the pool and jacuzzi after long days spent at the adventure parks and the location is literally next to Sea World and minutes from Disney and Universal Parks. Shopping, outlets, great restaurants all within a 10-minute drive. We enjoyed the stay very much and plan to return. The guidance material provided to the apartment was very detailed and absolutely clear. Definitely recommend this unit for families with kids.

We spent four days in this great condo and had a blast! The place was very nicely decorated and spotless! The kitchen had everything we possibly could have needed, there were plenty of linens, towels, pillows, even beach towels. There was a bottle of wine & a snack basket left for us and even drinks in the fridge. We loved the wood floors, having a Wii for the kids to play (when we could drag them from the pool) and the overall home feeling of the property. We have been to Orlando quite a few times but have always stayed at hotels. No more of that, from now on, it is ITZ for us! Thank you for a great stay!
