A place the whole family will love! Best view in Vista Cay, next to clubhouse.

Great location to convention center and to the main pool in the complex. We had awesome view of fireworks from all around Orlando - what a bonus. Nice, and spacious condo and has many amenities to make it feel like a home away from home.

The unit was as described, very clean, and well stocked with needed items. The listing is accurate and communication with the host is easy and they respond in a timely manner. Overall no complaints about the unit and we have no problem recommending it and the owner. Any negatives we had were items outside the control of the owner of the unit. During our stay there were some very noisy neighbors and guests using the pool. Also be prepared for the complex to play loud music in the pool area all the way up to the 11:00 pm closing time.

Clean, spacious, and stocked with everything you need in the kitchen. Kids loved being steps away from the pool and hot tub. Very close to Universal and nearby grocery stores for convenience. Great place to stay after days in the parks!

Spacious, clean, and right next to the pool. Everything we needed was in the condo. Less than 10 minutes to Universal Studios, Epic Universe and Islands of Adventure. Less than 30 to Magic Kingdom & Animal Kingdom. Publix, Walgreens, and a Seven Eleven all super close to the condo. Great little bar @ the pool with food & drinks. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay on this Spring Break trip with our family of 4! Thanks for a great experience!

Everything about this condo experience was wonderful. From the information I was able to get from the host prior to arrival to the beautiful condo, the view from the balcony, everything we could have wanted stocked, just the perfect place for our 6 person group! Thank you!!

We had such a wonderful stay! After our flight was delayed and we arrived at night (hungry and tired), all we had to do to check in was enter the code on the front door. In the kitchen was a gift basket with snacks and a bottle of wine...just what we needed!! The condo was beautiful, exceptionally clean, located so close to the pool, and had so many items available to use during our stay. It was also within walking distance of Publix, and many restaurants. The hosts left very clear instructions for check out, which was so helpful. We will definitely return!!

Very nice place - just rude neighbors above us, but it comes with staying in a condo. The condo is super nice and all you need in the kitchen. Beds pretty comfy and fun being right on the pool. The rental company was amazing.

The host was incredible! They left a gift basket and drinks in the refrigerator. The condo was clean, spacious and comfortable. Appliances, utensils and plenty of bedding. I have stayed at Vista Cay many times and this unit stood out. I was definitely stay again!

This Condo is absolutely beautiful! Plenty of room for a family to spread out! It's spacious, welcoming, and spotless! Our host Pedro was great! Could not have been any better! The location of as convenient to Disney and Universal and the airport. Was close to Walgreens, Publix and restaurants. The view from the balcony was great. Home was well appointed and had everything we needed. And….the pool!!! We all loved it and the ease of access.

Enjoyed the condo very much. The location to the pool and check in was excellent. We did have some problems checking in but it was my fault. I did not have the access code or condo address. It took us an hour to check in!

We had a great and quick stay! The beds were comfy and everything was clean. Nice view of the pool too!

Stayed here to be near Universal! There were 5 of us, all adults and it was great! The pool wasn’t quite finished so we had to walk to the other pool but it worked out well. Little extra exercise never hurt anyone!

The property was very clean and well appointed. I wasn't a fan of the construction on the pool right outside the condo. I had thought the pool was to be done by the end of March, but it wasn't. Also, it wasn't until after we rented that the losting said anything about the pool being under construction, or, to be fair, I didn't notice any mention of the pool still being under construction. But honestly, it didn't really bother us. All in all, we had a marvelous stay.

The property was well maintained, clean, and manicured. The pool area was spacious with plenty of chairs and umbrellas for everyone.

The location of the condo was great! The Publix is right around the corner where we shopped a couple times. The condo is designed beautifully with super comfy beds. The gift basket and coffee was such a nice surprise! Unfortunately the pool was closed just below this condo as listed at the bottom of the description of the condo. We drove over to the other pool which was nice but filled up quickly around lunch. Because we were not close to the condo it did make it inconvenient to go have lunch in the condo or grabbing extra drinks. Additionally, the construction noise from the closed pool by this condo was loud at times. Even though the hallway quiet hours are until 9am the construction starts at 8am. Overall we had a great trip and really enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend this condo!

What a great place to relax after a full day at the parks. Comfortable beds, hot showers, breezy balcony, and plenty of space for everyone.

Myself and 2 other colleagues stayed in property for a conference at a nearby venue. Property was clean and well equipped for our needs. On short notice we made requests of hist, which were addressed without delay. Our next stay in Orlando will be with this provider! Nice touch with welcome basket!

We had an amazing weekend at this property! Everything was clean, there was a welcome basket and tons of brochures for good food and entertainment. The beds are SO comfortable, and the property manager was very nice and communicative. They included a map with our check in instructions which made finding the property very easy. We didn’t have any kids with us but there’s a crib, high chair, and children’s toys in the closet. This would be perfect for a family vacation. 10/10! ?

This was a perfect place for our family to stay. It is close to the theme parks as well as groceries and restaurants.

We have stayed at the Vista K resort many times. This condo was beautiful. It was very clean and the view from the balcony is awesome, overlooking the pool and the lake. We traveled with my 80 year old father, and he was very impressed with the condo, saying “this feels just like home”.

We were SO pleased with our stay at this location. The property manager was extremely communicative and willing to accommodate a switch in dates for our stay. The condo itself was extremely clean and spacious and had everything we could’ve needed for our stay. We would absolutely stay here again.

Booked last minute for a stay with my father, brother and our sons....we were extremely lucky to have found what turned out to be the prefect place to stay. The unit itself was very well appointed. Very classy but comfortable at the same time. Well stocked with the essentials. The location could not have been better, both within the property and in the area in general. Within the property, it's centrally located and directly next to the pool. Outside, it's very close to the Disney & Universal properties and other local fun (Andretti Karting a family favorite). Dining wise, within a couple mile radius there are TON of great dining options. All in all, we could not have asked for more. Thank you!!

This is a wonderful property! So close to pool and so much better than a hotel - plenty of room to spread out and stay for a week. Also very close to Universal, easy 10 minute drive. Property clean and ready for a families with pool toys, towels, games, etc. Publix is adjacent as well and everything you need in the kitchen. This is our second time in this unit, and we’ll be back again!

This particular unit was great. Everything you need is pretty well included in addition to a goody basket full of snacks, a sweet welcome card, game credits for the arcade starter for tp, paper towels, laundry and dw soap. When looking to book, my goal was to find a unit close to the convention center that would sleep 5, had a pool was priced well. This checked off all of the boxes and so much more. The complex has a well equipped gym, arcade, very nice pool, hot tub, plenty of loungers, umbrellas, tables etc. Fully stocked bar with friendly bartenders staff. Daily pool activities. This felt more like a resort type setting. There is a nice balcony overlooking the pool area and pond with walking trail. I highly recommend

We had an absolute perfect vacation staying here. We came in for the AAU volleyball and the location couldn't have been better. We could easily drop to and from the convention center. The condo had everything we needed with many added touches like beach towels, basket with treats, coffee, garbage bags, toilet paper and all the items you usullay have to run out and buy immediately. We didn't have little ones but there was a crib, high chair, pool toys, puzzles, Nintendo, games and books. The patio overlooks the pool so we could check on our kids and the fitness center was within steps to the condo. We could access the stairwell right out the dorr for an easy exit instead of waiting on the elevator. The condominium was large enough for our two families and the added "game" room was perfect for the teenagers. Thanks so much for thinking of everything.

Plenty of room for our whole family. Well appointed with plenty of towels, pool toys, kitchen ware, etc. Easy drive to Universal parks and fun restaurants.

The condo is huge!! And it was in the best location. Pool right outside our balcony, parking right outside the door, close to grocery store, bakery, diner, burger place (SO good!), pizza, and all the attractions. There were so many perks and bonuses that we really appreciated. The building is nice and well kept. The pool and pool deck (brick pavers, not concrete!!) were clean. I’m someone who gets grossed out by public pool areas typically (ya know, bandaids, globs of hair, trash, etc) but they kept the place spotless at all times. We drove (only an hour) to the beach several days which was great. Always came back to the pool in the late afternoon. Such a great spot! We’ll be back for sure! Tv in every room for relaxing after a long day in the sun. Lots of pool and beach toys in closets for use. Huge master suite. The only con to the property was that in the evening we could definitely hear the footsteps upstairs. Maybe they were extra large guests but it was annoying. Everything else was outstanding!!!

We normally choose to stay off Disney property due to the price for just a standard hotel room being the same as a condo or townhome with more room. This was our first time staying at Vista Cay and we will definitely be back the next time we come to Orlando. We loved the St. Patrick's Day themed welcome basket! We have two daughters (ages 12 and 13) and they were happy to have their own space. Walgreen's and Publix are very close. We're used to having to buy or bring our own paper towels, toilet paper, dishwashing supplies, laundry supplies, etc because most places only give you a small amount to start. ITZ Vacation provided more than enough for our 5 day stay. We didn't utilize the pool very much due to a cold front that moved in, but it looked very enjoyable if it had been warmer. My girls loved the basketball court and were out there shooting whenever it was free and we had downtime. Pretty simple to get in and out with the gate and door codes. A nice, clean place and we really enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

This place is HUGE and the photos don't do it justice! We were shocked by how large and lovely this unit was and the fridge filled with cold drinks and a welcome basket were the cherry on top! Ana, the property manager, was lovely to work with and ITZ rentals keeps the unit very well stocked and comfortable. The condo is conveniently right above the pool and hot tub and has a wonderful view of the property's lake (the hot tub is open until 11pm and guests can get a little loud, but nothing a pair of ear plugs can't cure!). The condo is within walking distance of Walgreens for last-minute needs and a 2-minute drive from the Publix supermarket. The resort's arcade was a ton of fun for our boys and we really enjoyed our stay here! It was close to everything, but felt well-insulated from all the hustle and bustle of the area. We will definitely stay here when we come back to Orlando!

Check-in was so easy and the condo was amazing and had every amenity. The pool and bar were a huge bonus located directly in the property, but the location is close to Iconic Park and had lots to do within a 10 min drive. Host was responsive and gave all the check-in codes days in advance and had property information and a welcome basket inside the condo.

We came for a karate tournament for the week and had downtime to visit magic kingdom, cocoa beach, and discovery cove. Everything is so easy to get to. This condo was in the center of it all but quiet and separate from busy tourist life! We spent as much time as we could at the pool which was huge!! The condo was very spacious and perfect size for three adults and two children (10 and 6 years old). The complementary sponge, laundry pods and goodie basket was so appreciated! Would definitely stay in the future!

This was our second time staying at this condo within the Vista Cay resort, and our experience was just as good as our first visit. The condo has an excellent third floor balcony view of the pool area, and enough room inside to give everyone their space. It is also conveniently located to many attractions (Universal - 20 mins, Seaworld - 15 mins, Epcot - 15 mins, Kennedy Space Center - 45 minutes, etc). The near by supermarket, drug stores and various restaurants are also very convenient.

Bright, spacious condo with a wonderful location overlooking pool and next to main bldg (great for ride share pick ups and door dash), nice kitchen with all basic utensils/pans and a nice touch of a welcome basket with a few snacks and wine! Highly recommend, would stay again

My family and I recently stayed at this property for our spring break. Everything was wonderful. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep. One room had a queen bed, one had 2 twins and the master had a king bed. Private HUGE bathroom in the master, and one other separate bathroom for everyone to use. This unit also has a separate sitting room with fold out sofa bed. We were delighted with this as we were traveling with our 3 small children. It was perfect for them to sleep in. The living room couches were very comfortable and plenty of room for us all at the dinner table and breakfast bar. The BEST part about this unit is the location. You can’t get any close to pool and pond views than this corner of units. This unit is on the third floor, so it afforded privacy but at the same time great views! My dad could sit on the balcony and watch the kids play at the pool. Keep in mind that there may be a little pool noise with this unit if you are early to bed but we always sleep with white noise so it wasn’t a problem. There is also a small arcade and bar at the clubhouse/swimming pool area. The pool itself was comfortably warm and very large. Large sets of steps at each end for our children to play at. There’s also a large hot tub and a large shallow “kiddie pool.” The kiddie pool was a little chilly but my 4 year old loved playing in it. The location is really terrific. It is a nice quiet area, but has plenty of restaurants and a nice grocery very close by. Driving to Disney and Universal were quite easy and didn’t take too long. The unit was very clean and has only a few cosmetic issues if you are super conscious of it. Of course, this is expected from a rental unit. The trash was taken from right outside our unit door every day without issue. I had to contact rental company a couple of times with general questions and they were very easy to work with—kind and very helpful. Got right back to me within minutes with answers to my questions. In all, this was the perfect unit for my family vacation and I couldn’t be more pleased.

I rental property every year at Vista cay for a conference and by far this one was the best. Not only was it nicely designed and decorated, the management property behind it made it smooth for check in, the condo was stocked with basics and they even left us a nice welcome gift basket; much appreciated after a long day at airports to get there. We will definitely try to stay at the same place next year.

We had a very pleasant stay at this resort in Orlando. Location was excellent for all the things we wanted to do. Close to airport, Universal Studios, shopping, restaurants, grocery store. Very well kept grounds and pool area. Loved the walk around the lake. Great location of unit over the pool area and Vista Cay lake. Everything you would need is provided. We would definitely recommend this condo and would love to return sometime.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful relaxing stay at this property. The condo was very roomy, clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. LOVED the view of the pool from the balcony. We appreciated the well-labeled notes/reminders from mgmt/owner on how to lock door, use tv, etc. If we had any questions, mgmt was very prompt to respond -- great customer service! (Our only complaint, which is not the fault of owner/mgmt, is we were disappointed with the small size of the gym/lack of free weights in the Vista Cay clubhouse. Perhaps one day they'll have a bigger facility. ) The condo was within walking distance to breakfast place we frequented, "The Diner," and if you enjoy going on long walks, there are sidewalks all along Universal Blvd if you wish to explore, etc. If we visit Orlando again, we would definitely stay here again!

Great location - very easy drive to Disney (15 mins) and close to a supermarket and local food options. A great burger place is just next to the supermarket. Nice pool area with a bar and games for the kids. Perfect spot really.

We stayed 8 days at this condo. It was very convinent to all area's we need to be in minutes from all the parks and Camping World Stadium. We had a smooth transaction from start to finish. We were given all the information for entering the gated community and the code to enter the condo. It was just a great experience from the initial rental to the time we left. We were satisfied with the cleanliness and the view for our condo. We used the balcony alot. The layout was perfect and we just really enjoyed it. It was warm and inviting. Everything we needed was there and we appreciated the special touches such as the soaps, lotions and shampoo/conditioner samples in the bathroom. Our beds where all very comfortable. We enjoyed coming back to rest after a busy day and having our space to decompress. The pool and hot tub were great as well as the game room for the kids. I would not hesitate to stay again. Will see ya next year as Monster Jam will be coming back to Orlando.!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The condo has very nice furnishings and is very spacious. The kids loved having super convenient access to the pool and the condo even had pool supplies such as toys and towels. We took an Uber to Universal every day and the trip varied between $15-30. Having a Publix close by was a bonus as well. Will definitely recommend this place to friends and we hope to come back and stay in the future!

The condo was very spacious and comfortable and clean. It pretty much is exactly like the photos! The management company was good to work with and they had a nice welcome basket and some sodas/juice in the fridge. The cable TVs worked well and there were plenty of channels and a nice selection of novels in the condo. The mile long walking path around the lake was a great way to get in exercise in the mornings and evenings. The Publix grocery store (and Dunkin Donuts!) was walking distance away. The only negative was that I could hear the people above me running back and forth at night - either there wasn't much insulation in the ceilings or they were some heavy people with active children!! You can hear people at the pool and Jacuzzi, but that is to be expected given the location of this condo. Overall I was very happy with my stay.

I just arrived home from a 12 day stay in this unit. I have stayed in many units in this particular building and through the Vista Cay resort. I remain very pleased. There were some issues with the wireless internet connect, complicated by my own laptop. The prompt service was well appreciated. This is an excellent location. And well worth the price. RJS

Of all the condos I have stayed in at Vista Cay, this one is the best. The proximity to the pool, the view from the balcony and the layout of the condo are all perfect! The basket of snacks and wine as a greeting was certainly a plus. Being an end unit allowed a gentle breeze on the balcony. The only complaint I had was the plastic cover on the mattress in the master bedroom. It was so crinkly and hot that I chose a twin bed. All else was perfect!! I will definitely choose IZT the next time I come!!!

My family of four was so happy with this condo! It was clean (and I am a clean freak, very picky about these things), and well stocked right down to the soaps in the bathrooms. We also appreciated the lovely welcome basket as well as the drinks in the fridge - that was a nice touch. I loved sitting on the balcony in one of the comfy chairs and reading my book while enjoying the gorgeous view. The Vista Cay complex itself was very well-maintained. We had a great time in the pool and hot tub, and our teenagers enjoyed the various entertainment that was provided poolside. And it was conveniently located near the parks, shopping, and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again if we return to Orlando!

This is the perfect unit at Vista Cay Resort. Working with the management company was such a delight and I would book through them again in a heartbeat. This particular unit looks exactly like it does in its pictures, but also feels very warm and inviting. We were blown away with it's location, views, and comforts of home. We'll stay here again for sure!

Whenever we visit family in Orlando, this is where we stay. It is our home away from home. It's always clean and comfortable and we are treated like family! We like being within walking distance to Publix and the liquor store and pizza shop. Our morning always begins with a walk around the lake - it is so beautiful. We have a lot of family in the area so don't do a lot of the local attractions. The unit is spacious and we love having the family come over.

This place was fabulous! Directions were perfect, code to get in worked great, plenty of parking, fabulous view, beds were extremely comfortable, location was perfect (set between Sea World and Universal Studios), they supply plenty of soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish and wash detergent, Wii games were perfect, plenty of room for our family of 4 and the in laws. I would highly recommend this place and hope to stay there again.

This is a great place to stay - so much nicer than a hotel when staying for a week! The condo was great, very clean, plenty of room. The people at ITZ were very helpful and even had a welcome kit for us. Highly recommend.

By far the best condo we've stayed in. The staff thought of everything when prepping the place for the week. They even had a gift basket to welcome us. If we come to Orlando again this will be the only place we stay.

This is the 3rd or 4th time we've stayed, and we will keep coming back. It's a pleasure to stay here because it's so clean and they think of everything. Just bring your clothes, toiletries and some food and you're all set. We always feel safe and comfortable. Spent a lot of time at the pool. We were here for a visit with family so didn't do any attractions, but there are many restaurants, shops and attractions nearby.

We just arrived home from our Orlando vacation.....and I cannot say enough about how wonderful this condo was---from the minute we walked in the door we were greeted by an extremely clean and wonderfully furnished unit--and I don't know that you could have found a better view from any other condo in Vista Cay. So much to comment--first of all Yvette at ITZ Vacation Properties was such a pleasure to work with! The grounds of Vista Cay were immaculately kept and the pool area was beautiful. There was a small lake with a walking path behind the condo and it was great for a quick run in the morning. The condo was stocked with everything you could possibly need and honestly you couldn't feel more at home. There were board games, puzzles, movies, plenty of beach towels and even pool toys! Vista Cay itself is a gated location and the location is fantastic--our big joke of the week was that EVERYTHING in Orlando was located within15 minutes (or less). That includes Disney, Universal Studios, Sea World, Outlet Malls, tons of dining and even the airport. When I travel to Orlando I will look no further than Vista Cay, ITZ and this property !!!

"WOW!!" - this place is stunning and is everything it says it is and more. From the moment we opened the door to this unit we were impressed with the quality and spaciousness of the unit. Everything was finished to a very high standard and was very well appointed. It was an absolute delight to stay in this luxurious and expansive apartment.

The Vista Cay complex itself was also amazing with the grounds immaculately kept and always clean and tidy. The pool complex was superb and bigger than we had anticipated. We experienced no noise or distractions from the pool area in our 7 nights there. Having the supermarkets and shops within easy walking distance was an absolute bonus.

For our family of 5 it cost us about US$20 for a taxi one way to Universal Studios, and there is a direct phoneline in reception to the Mears taxi/limo company. We had to wait no more than 5-10 minutes each time. Car parking at Universal is $20 a day by comparison.

I would STRONGLY recommend this unit to any prospective visitors and suggest it would be hard to find better in terms of quality & location in Orlando. We would happily return if ever back in Orlando.

As soon as we opened the door we felt at home. The unit has a great floor plan with tasteful and comfortable furnishings. In addition to the lovely pool, the nature walking/running trail surrounding the lake provides a great way to get some sun and exercise.

The location near the 528 Beachline , I-4 interstate and International Drive was perfect for us. Our two week stay flew by. We hope to return in 2017.

I have to say, I'm so glad I did my research , this was the place to stay. The pictures didn't do it justice. spacious, clean , updated, to our surprise each closet/drawer provided us almost every comfot and necessities we could've wanted and also glad to not have to buy.. Pool floats, Toys, books, games, DVDs ...even a soft cooler to use at the parks..all very thoughtful in making our vacation a great one! And the bedding...just cozy and perfect, nothing beats a good nights sleep after the parks..all the comforts home were carefully thought out for our stay.opened the On arrival cold drinks in fridge..a beautiful snack gift basket to welcome my family definitely put a WOW factor on our faces.

Of course I must say my morning coffee was most welcomed with a spectacular, peaceful view. We are ALL looking forward ALREADY to our return stay! Thank you

Our family was very impressed with this condo. It was very spacious and the view of the pool and lake was beautiful. Having a washer and dryer was a great option as well. The pool had a full bar and game room. 5 stars!

We went in with a bit of skepticism. We wondered how such a perfectly situated, beautiful place could be so economically priced. When we arrived, we walked into a very tastefully decorated vacation home. There was a much appreciated welcome gift, and truly every single thing that could be thought of to make our stay worry free was there. Even still, we kept thinking...something has got to be wrong for it to be so reasonably priced. We spent a few days at the pool in addition to traveling to the parks. The location made it super convenient to get everywhere. The pool was awesome and the pool bar got much use from us!! By the end of our trip we finally realized there was no other shoe to drop and no surprises...it truly was everything it appeared to be and more. There is not a doubt in our minds that we will return to this unit...we can't wait!!!

We have stayed in at least 10 VRBO homes and condos over the past 5 or 6 years and the Vista Cay condo was the best we have ever rented. The unit was large, nicely decorated and well equiped. They even had beach towels and toys for my grandchildren. The kitchen was well supplied including laundry and dish soap. My wife loved the enormous master bath, and the study with the hide-a-bed off the entrance provided an extra sleeping area. The balcony had nice lounge chairs and a lovely view of the pool area and lake. ITZ Vacation Properties made the whole process simple and easy. We highly recommend this property.

Our condo here at Vista Cay was beautiful. Very comfortable and near all amenities and attractions. It was very spacious, clean , met all expectations and more. The rental company was great to deal with and we would certainly deal and book through them again.

This was our 2nd time renting this same property in less that 6 months. Just as great this time. The condo is very comfortable and delightfully furnished. ITZ Vacation Properties makes the whole rental process extremely easy from start to finish. The condo was extremely clean. You can tell the people they have cleaning their units take pride in the service they provide! Every amenity is thought of, from plenty of extra linens, to laundry detergent and dryer sheets for the full size washer and dryer. They even had extra batteries in 2 or 3 sizes, I'm assuming for remotes, etc. We will continue to rent from ITZ when we return to Orlando. They rent several properties in the Vista Cay community, and I'm certain you could not go wrong with any one of them!

This condo was extremely clean and well maintained. We were very happy with the layout of the unit and the comfortable atmosphere. The kitchen was very nicely equipped and the furnishings were beautiful. We did not have children with us, but my grown son commented that he would love to bring his kids there for a stay. They had toys, children's books and a WII for entertaining the kids. The management company was wonderful to deal with and even left us a "goodie basket" to enjoy upon our arrival. We would definitely refer this property to others, as well as rent it again ourselves! Very convenient location too

Absolutely the best condo and way of serve and booking ever! I had this condo for my 1st time visit ever to USA and it was an amazing experience, I had no any issue to go through the booking and ITZ Vacation Properties made even easier and smooth. We arrived and found the exact pictures of what we saw in the website. Clean, ready with all the needs as start-up, toys and swim stuff for the kids and so many other stuff. Me and my family enjoyed every single moment in this property and If i ever think to visit again, I wont take a look at any other options, I will just go straight to this condo.

Highly recommended for Families/Kids.

P.S Any attraction you would know in Orlando is just 10-15min away from this living.

Wow! This condo was absolutely perfect as a home base to both the Convention Center and the amusement parks in Orlando, and even the Kennedy Space Center. The condo itself was beautiful, well appointed and relaxing. Its location within the complex was perfect. We were able to watch our boys swim from the deck that overlooks the pool. Its proximitiy to the club house made it easy to access the pool and workout center. The complex itself is just minutes from anything you would possibly want to experience in Orlando!

We are currently staying in this unit and I could not be happier. It feels SO comfortable - like home away from home for certain. The furniture and decor is very "Florida" but in the most tasteful way - very Tommy Bahama/Plantation Style. The fixtures, counters, bedding - all top notch! The walk in closet in the master bedroom is to die for. Wish my closet at home was this big! The master bathroom alone is the size of most hotel rooms. We can experience the sunrise over Lake Cay without getting out of bed. Just awesome. You'll need a rental car because it's not walking distance to any tourist attractions except the convention center where my fiancé is working, but within a few miles drive is the Orlando Premium Outlet Mall - with every high end brand you can think of! The Pointe Shopping Plaza with Capital Grille and many many other high end restaurants & shops, Universal Studios, Wet n Wild - all a few miles down International Drive. I hit the grocery store (they sell beer & wine!), stocked the fridge and we're good to go! Hosted a cocktail hour for the guys on opening day of the convention and there was PLENTY of room to entertain. We are so spoiled with all this space, quiet, and luxury! We will definitely be back, next time with our kids - or another couple - or both! It seems a shame not to be using two additional bedrooms, the other bath, the second living room, or even the formal dining area! There's 5 flat screen TV's. Any family would very happy with the space, especially after a day at the parks to be able to have some downtime away from one another! And for far less cost per night than a cramped hotel room, why wouldn't you stay at Vista Cay! Pool & hot tub look great, but it's only 46 degrees today so it remains just a lovely visual - although it is heated! Can't say enough about this place! The entire complex is great, but I would select this specific unit again and again...

Stayed here for a week in July and read plenty of reviews in regards to Vista Cay and this unit in particular so I was feeling pretty confident that our stay would be positive but I did not expect it to be exactly what I had read. First of all, the views from this unit were very nice as you got a view of the pool and pond. Rooms on the other side of the building only get the view of the parking lot. It was nice that we could all hang out together in a room (like the living room) or if we wanted to we could move to a room for some alone time. Having a tv in every bedroom was great and I found the mattress to be comfy enough to get a good night sleep. I was actually surprised by how stocked up the condo was with basic supplies like toilet paper and coffee. The only thing we really stocked up on was soft drinks. We were supplied with a complimentary gift that consisted of champagne and snacks which was a very nice touch. The unit was clean and everything that we used worked fine. My only complaint of the room is being on the 3rd floor we could hear the tenants from the 4th floor walking and moving their luggage around. Normally that would not bother me but I am a light sleeper and despite the fact that I am a morning person, listening to people walking before 5am got me up earlier than I wanted to be. Unfortunately I did not take advantage of the pool or clubhouse due to time constraint but it looked nice. The unit is in a nice location but you will need a car to get around. So, would I stay at this unit if I return to Orlando? Absolutely!!

We stayed 9 nights in this fantastic condo. It was huge, much bigger than we imagined with lovely furnishings and huge comfy bed in the master bedroom. There were plenty of bath and pool towels and a washing machine and tumble drier which were handy too. The view from the balcony was amazing overlooking the pool and the lake, definitely the best view in Vista Cay. The location is very convenient, close to airport, 5 minutes from Sea World and Wet and Wild and !0 mins to Universal. We liked being on Universal Boulevard as it was very quiet but within easy reach of everywhere, and there was a Publix just round the corner.
I would definitely recommend this condo and booking with IZT was very easy and straight forward.
