Ideal for families to spend quality time! Gorgeous Condo at The Isles

Property was as described. Location was great and was really nice to have a grocery store near by. Two very nice pool areas and great small gym to get a workout. Host was very responsive with communication. Will stay here again when we are in the area again.

This by far was the best VRBO rental I have ever experienced. Clean and well stocked accommodations. Both pools were amazing and fun. Location is perfect for Universal. Easy walking distance to local shops for groceries, dining and souvenirs. I will recommend this property to others around me who plan to visit Orlando.

The property was in a great location and just as advertised which was perfect for our stay! Very clean and comfortable. It came with all the essentials to use the dishwasher and washing machine. There was liquid hand soaps in all bathrooms and the kitchen was stocked with a few drinks and snacks. We will be back!! Thank you for having us!

We had a great 9 day stay in this unit. The location was fabulous and convenient to Universal, Disney and much more. It was the perfect home base for lots of activities. We chose this unit for its location and the resort style pool area and it did not disappoint. Great outdoor space to relax in the evenings with 3 pools, hot tub, staffed bar and firepit! Spectacular!Condo was well appointed and had 2 extremely nice walk in showers. Owners touches were some of the nicest I have encountered in all my years with VRBO. Gift basket on arrival, beach towels and pool toys to use, cooler for road trips, coffee pods, cold drinks in the fridge, toiletries and laundry supplies. We have every intention of staying here again.

We stayed at the condo for Thanksgiving and Black Friday shopping. Great resort in a good location close enough to everything, The condo was well cared for and Pedro was a responsive host. Everything was great. Vista Cay was everything that was described in listing when I booked it. The host was great. They had a gift basket there for us. They had a binder with things to do around Orlando. They had places to shop, eat and everything we could need if there was emergency. I would definitely stay there again.

This was a GREAT home away from home! From the very comfortable beds to the fluffy towels and HOT showers, we were able to come in from the parks, relax and REST, able to start the next day recharged. The location is perfect. A Publix in the next shopping center, a Chick-fil-A around the corner and a Walgreens too. 10/10 highly recommend!

I was in town for business and my mother and daughter tagged along for a mini vacation. The condo was amazing and had everything we needed. It truly felt like home away from home and made our stay much more enjoyable. The property manager was very communicative which I wholeheartedly appreciated. We will definitely be staying in this unit again when I return to Orlando!

Perfect condo for our family of 4! Location was great. Easy first floor with close parking. Drive was just a couple minutes to Universal's Epic Universe. New pool and bar was very nice and super close. Condo had everything we needed and was very clean. Plenty of nice towels and beach towels. Nice, full-size washer and dryer. Very comfortable beds. Publix and restaurants just across the street.

Our family was staying there for the Allstar Worlds Championships. The condo was perfect for our family of four. Very nice accommodations & amenities. Highly recommend the condo.

The location/proximity to the parks and restaurants was ideal. Management was responsive to all inquiries/concerns pertaining to cleanliness, and we appreciated the quietness of the complex. Something to note: There is only one charging station for the complex and it is not compatible with a Tesla. We loved having a Publix within walking distance and the unit was spacious.

Excellent location for the conference centre, airport, and Disney parks. Clean and comfortable apartment with very useful complementary supplies. Unfortunately, work on the pool and bar meant many facilities weren’t available. Also if you want to use the gym the onsite facilities were not big enough for the number of apartments and 1/2 of the machines were broken. The trails around the lakes were excellent for a run/jog weather permitting.

One of the best VRBOs I have stayed at. Clean, comfortable, great location to attractions, grocery, shopping and dining. Very nice pool and recreation areas. Easy communication with property manager. We had a great stay and no issues at all. We were even greeted with a welcome basket. Would stay again for sure!

This was just as pictured, very clean, and perfect for our weekend trip. Very close to the convention center for our tournament. Plus close to SeaWorld and Universal. The facility pools were fabulous, and staffed. We also appreciated the gift package and snacks welcoming us after a long drive. Would definitely stay here again!

Great property! Beautiful pool and hot tub. Close to everything! Publix grocery store within walking distance. The have a delicious deli. Lovely walking path that we walked everyday. This was our second year staying at this complex and we would highly recommend it!

ITZ was the company we rented from. They were attentive to every detail to include a welcome basket in our villa along with refreshments fed on the refrigerator as a welcome gift. Wow! The little things like this go a long way.

We (3 adults) rented this property for four nights and I have to say it was the best decision ever made! The condo is exactly as the pictures shown and it was spotlessly clean. This was a last-minute rental for us due to another company falling through. ITZ came through immediately and it was lightning-fast communications. There are supplied toiletries, dishwasher and washing machine soaps. If you have any problems, we had none, but a later flight just ask to see if check in or out times can be adjusted. They did for us but communicate as early as possible. The welcome gift basket caught us all by surprise. Who does that these days?? Overall, this is a 10 star review and we will absolutely use them again! Thank you!

This condo fit our needs perfectly while staying in Orlando. It was comfortable, clean and had all the amenities we needed. Also it was close to the places on our itinerary and had a handy grocery store. The hosts were very responsive to a small request we had and ensured we were all set. Great choice over a hotel for our needs!

Very nice place to stay I would definitely stay again

This property was conveniently located right across the street from where my conference was being held, Rosen Shingle Creek Resort. Very clean condo situated right across from the residential pool which was awesome! Walking distance to Publix and several restaurants. Condo is exactly as pictured. The check-in and check-out process was by far one of the most simplest processes that I have ever used. Would stay again and remind to other!!

Pros: We flew from Seattle and had a late arrival so appreciated the ease of access and being on the first floor. Welcome basket and already having coffee pods/sugars was a nice touch for the kids/adults. Nice to have the grocery store close by. Clean unit and had the necessary items. The bigger pool you have to drive to but nice to have the pool bar for food/drink compared to the pool closer to unit. Cons: Bathrooms/kitchen while clean need updating as you can tell it’s old. Sink in master doesn’t drain well and can tell drain needs to be unclogged as you can see a ton of stuff:/. Would be nice to have more than one night stand (or small table) by master bed as I had nothing to put my phone/ glass of water on at night…small suggestion. Sofa not the comfiest but we barely were in the unit during the day/night so didn’t bother us as much.

Everything was well organized and made the stay easy.

This was our 2nd stay here. The unit is immaculate and close to all area attractions. The kitchen is well stocked if you want to cook. We loved staying here and will again the next time we come to Orlando

Easy, quick, great communication

The property was lovely, it was really clean and beautifully furnished with everything provided that we could possibly need. The community was beautiful and the location was great. It was a 10-15 minute drive from Universal, but very quite and peaceful and felt safe.

A lovely property in a central location. Have stayed in the Vista Cay several times now but first time through vrbo and this property did not disappoint. Loved all the little extras which were left for our convenience.

The one thing that needs attention is the washing machine. It only fills on rinse/spin (no wash clothes cycles). It was addressed immediately. Appreciated the excellent communication!

We had an amazing stay at the property. All of the details were thought of ahead of time. Clear directions provided for entry and exit, WiFi, Electronics, etc. Gift basket provided upon arrival and extras of all the key necessities left for use. This was an ideal vacation spot for us. The property owners go above and beyond.

The property is great. It is wonderfully maintained and only about 15 minutes to the parks. There is a grocery store within walking distance and a playground within the grounds. Since getting home, I have already told several folks about the condo and I personally can't wait to return.

We travel frequently and this is by far the best condo we’ve ever stayed in. Every little detail was perfect. As soon as we opened the door, a welcome basket filled with goodies greeted us! The refrigerator had drinks. Paper products, cleaners, and essential cooking items were well stocked for the week. Coolers, beach towels, etc for pool and beach excursions!! Publix is just a 3-5 minute walk. We were in the area for a conference. It is a lovely place that we would recommend to anyone who plans to be in the area for business or pleasure.

This condo was perfect for our family! It was comfortable and so convenient to both Disney and Universal. I loved that it came with some basics - dish soap, laundry detergent, trash bags and even coffee filters. I have found that most VRBO's in the southeast provide NOTHING to get started and you have to purchase all items needed, but this property was perfectly provisioned with everything we needed. The beds and bathrooms were perfect and everything was so clean. I have bookmarked this place for our next stay. Thank you so much!

The condo was in excellent condition. It is exactly as pictured. We liked the split bedroom plan and large bathrooms. Very clean, nice furnishings and well stocked. We were quite surprised at the nice “extras”...a welcome gift basket, coffee, soda, dishwasher and laundry detergent, soap, shampoo and more. Super convenient location. We walked to the Publix and a few of the small restaurants in the shopping center. The rental rate was reasonable, which influenced our choice over the many units available in the area. We highly recommend this rental unit.

The location was great as we were there for an event at the OC Convention Center. The condo was comfortable, nice and clean. Right next to the pool and Publix. We loved the Welcome basket, full of snacks and a bottle of wine! What a nice gesture!

This condo was perfect for our needs, and only 10-15 minutes from Universal without having to deal with freeways. It was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. The resort is beautiful, and we only got as far as the closest pool. I’m sure we missed out on a lot but that just means there will be more to discover when we return. I highly recommend this property for families. Our group consisted of my married son and his wife, my 18 year old son and me. The layout of the condo was perfect and spacious. What a lovely well-appointed condo! We were definitely pleased with the convenience of a grocery store, pool, hot tub, restaurants (China Tea is great!), ...all within a walk across the parking lot. The Club House and heated pool are a bit farther, but still a pretty walk alongside a pond where our young kids were thrilled to see an alligator! (Mind the warning signs.) We really appreciated the detailed instructions regarding the internet and the 3 televisions with their multiple remotes. There are games, books, beach towels, and a few pool toys for guest use...nice. Also, each bath has shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer (nice to know). We can highly recommend!

The condo was nicely decorated and appointed. The pool was great. It was so convenient to have the grocery store and several casual restaurants in the mall next door. There were just two of us, but the living area would have been a little small for a group of four or more. This would be a great rental for families with someone who uses a wheelchair because it is designed to be accessible.

We stayed in this condo which is in the Vista Cay condominium resort complex and from the moment we arrived we were pleasantly surprised. The condo was super clean throughout which quickly made us feel like we were at home. The owners had packed extra toiletries, soaps, shampoos, dishwasher detergent as well as laundry detergent which meant we didn't need to worry about picking these things up at the nearby Publix (which is a walking distance away - very convenient). All the beds as well as the living room furniture were quite comfortable which was great to relax in when we came 'home' from a full and busy day at Disney! We thoroughly enjoyed our time and stay in the condo and would highly recommend this unit. Great value for the money.

We were in Orlando for an event at the convention center and also to visit Universal Studios and the Disney Parks. We could not have been in a better location to easily access all of these places and lots more. Publix just across the parking lot for groceries, Dunkin Donuts for a quick breakfast, NYPD Pizza for a quick dinner, and tons of places up and down International Drive just a few minutes away. The condo was in excellent condition, beds (even the pull out sofa) were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped, and overall we had everything we needed for the entire week stay. We will definitely try to stay here again when we return Orlando.

My family stayed here for a week while we were in the area for a dance competition. The condo looked good in photos but looks even better in person. It was clean and spacious. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very big and the kitchen was stock with pretty much everything we needed to cook there. We would definitely stay there again.

I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a quiet, clean place to call home while on vacation. We were there for 10 nights and were not disappointed. We were a family with two children aged 10 and 8. We loved coming home to our little piece of heaven after a busy day at the parks. Having a ground floor unit with easy access from the parking lot was appreciated. The unit had everything you would need to feel at home and then some. There were so many extras including books, board games, beach and pool toys. I loved having a washer and dryer and being able to bring home suitcases filled with clean laundry! From the booking process on ITZ was nothing but efficient and courteous. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again or recommend it to anyone.

We did a 4 day weekend to Orlando from Ontario. Even though we are only a family of 3 (11 year old son) we wanted our own space and for cheaper then a hotel room we could get a condo. Breakview was great. My son had his own room. Being able to cook and do your own laundry was nice (everything was clean for the flight home). The Publix grocery store is a 5 minute walk and we loaded up on groceries so we could eat healthier and save money (Florida is expensive!) The pool is a 2 minute walk...after a day at the parks we would all soak in the hot tub at night which was awesome. Everything is 10-15 minutes away by car. We hit Universal, all the outlet malls, Gatorland. The condo had all the necessities...dishes, pool towels, coffee, internet, cable TV etc basically everything you would need. We were able to print our return trip boarding passes at the business center. My wife is hardcore into fitness and spinning so she signed up at the IFC Fittness gym instead of using the condo complex one. It's close to Publix grocery store. Great stay and would do it again!

We recently stayed here from 7/21 - 7/28. We booked this back in Feb 2016. I worked with Ana on booking and talked to her over the phone to answer any questions. She was so friendly and explained everything to me. I booked it based on previous reviews and location. I google mapped it and found a Publix within walking distance and we liked the location as we were going to hit Universal most of the time we were in Florida. Reserving this Condo was easy.

Fast forward to our arrival on 7/21, we were greeted with a nice gift basket with our name on it which was filled with some snacks, wine and the fridge had some pop, water and some juice boxes to get us through the night. We enjoyed it very much. The Condo was nice and clean upon arrival. All the codes give to us worked without a hitch. The condo is as pictured. It was nice to have the master bedroom separate from the other room. The living room was perfect size for our family of 4. A full kitchen was good to have as we could cook if needed. The laundry was a huge plus as well. Our trash was emptied almost daily (with us of course putting it outside as instructed).

The pool located by us was very close and less busy than the other (we never made it to the big pool). Mon-Thurs, the pool was open till 10pm, Fri-Sun open till Midnight. The water was perfect and bathrooms located there as well. The condo is gated, so you had that extra sense of security as well, which was comforting.

I did notice the dining room table had a slight slant, maybe a leg was shorter, but I informed management as I did not want it to impact our deposit. They emailed back quick and said "Thanks for letting us know, we will address it". Upon our departure, we just pulled all sheets off beds and left them on each bed and threw in a load of towels for the cleaning service to throw in the dryer. I talked to Tracey before we left and she was very friendly and thanked us for taking the extra step. We made sure to leave the Condo the way we found it. We were at the airport waiting to leave and already received an email saying the place looked great and they were processing our refund of the required $250 deposit.

If you are looking for a place to stay for a reasonable price, reserve this Condo. The management is easy to work with and we already received our deposit back in a very timely manner. Thanks again Ana & Tracey and ITZ Vacation Properties.

Condo was perfect for our family. It was clean and stocked with amenities. Location was perfect. Less than 5 minute walk to grocery, pharmacy and restaurants. Management was responsive and great to work with. Had small maintenance issue on last day and they responded with a staff at our door within half a hour. Would definitely stay at condo again and recommend to others.

The property management company was great to work with from start to finish. We had another VRBO owner cancel on us, so we had to scramble to find another condo, but we certainly lucked out finding this gem! The unit was very clean, well cared for, well stocked with the comforts of home. It was nice to be in a gated community. It was close to Universal and Disney. The pool was nice. The kids enjoyed the basketball court. We enjoyed having Publix right across the parking lot in addition to several restaurants. NYPD Pizza was a huge hit! TVs in each bedroom were nice after a long day. The kitchen had everything, but we were too tired to cook! Overall, we'd highly recommend this place.

We really enjoyed our stay in the unit. We found the location to be perfect and close to all the big parks. The unit was clean and well equipped with all you need to have a fun vacation. The complex is nice with a great pool. Note that the unit doesn't have much of a view from the patio, but we didn't really spend too much time there and weren't bothered by that. The beds were very comfortable as well. I would not hesitate to come back here on our next vacation to Florida!

Our family loved this condo. Very clean, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms and kitchen. We did a lot a Universal and it was very convenient going back and forth. We only used the pool here once but it was very nice. There was a nice grocery store very close to the condo which was great. We had an issue with the shower while there - called them in the morning and someone was there to fix it within an hour or so. I own and rent condos in Branson, Missouri (for over 10 years) myself and these people know what they are doing and they do it right. You can't go wrong with this condo (and probably any other they own).

This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo at vista cay has been the best stay ever. The condo is super clean and updated. All amenities included. Customer service is only a phone call away. The gated complex is "extremely" peaceful and clean with several walking trails along the lake. Restaurants/stores/parks are 5-15 minutes away. I would definitely stay at this condo again, and highly recommend it. A+ overall.

The unit in the property had everything we needed, was conveniently located in Orlando to shopping and Disney, and the amenities were top notch. We will be staying there again when we visit Orlando. The staff at ITZ Vacations were a pleasure to deal with, Ana and Yvette were true professionals.

My friends and I were attending a conference at the Rosen Shingle Creek. This condo was right across the street. Everything inside the condo was fantastic; beds were comfy, plenty of dishes, loads of board games and books to keep you entertained. The pool was very accessible. A nice surprise was that a Publix (very nice grocery store) and a few restaurants were within a 5 minute walk from my door - yet the property still felt secluded! Will definitely consider staying here again. The owners were very helpful and responded to all my emails promptly - very professional.

This is a great condo in a great location. The unit is exactly as described. We especially loved the welcome basket waiting for us on arrival. It is in a perfect location, 5 minutes from Universal, 15 minutes from Disney, and 5 minutes from many great restaurants. Not to mention there is a Publix within walking distance. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

We took the owner's recommendations of bringing extra towels and paper good, because we had such a large group. Not necessary---the condo was very well stocked! Everything was spotless and spacious. I can't think of anything else we could have wanted or needed. The pool was great. The facility felt safe. And it was very close to Universal.

Just got home and missing it already! Stayed for 10 nights with two kids and was perfect. Great location next to main routes to Disney and Universal without the noise. Very quiet and great pool area for the kids. Would recommend to anyone.

Great location for both Disney and Orlando. We did both and it was nearly the same distance to either. Property was clean and safe. Walking distance to a Publix supermarket. Never used the pool as we were so busy. Would stay here again.

A large, clean apartment with plenty of room for a family of four. Other reviewers have pretty much said it all about the apartment and we would have no hesitation in coming back again.

This is the place to stay!
The unit as mentioned in other reviews is convenient to venues, shopping, restaurants (We had a grand time at Joe's Crab Shack), and major highways. We particularly liked it because it is located in a smaller complex with its own pool and outdoor amenities. The larger more populated complex is a short walk away.
This is a well maintained property that provides excellent customer service. We had an issue with a dryer the morning we had planned to go to the beach for the day. When we returned there was a not only a new dryer but our wet laundry had been dried!
Book and enjoy, you won't be disappointed!
